Job summary

The General Manager at a McDonald's franchise owned store is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for ensuring Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are met. You will work with leadership to set goals and create plans to achieve them, while guiding a team of Department Managers to improve performance.

Ideal candidates have GM experience in high volume locations; a background in quick service, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, coaching and directing to achieve goals.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers and ensure the right team for future needs.
