Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager in Sheridan, WY to lead a high-volume restaurant, driving profitability and guest satisfaction. You will manage operations, coach a department-level team, and work with the Owner/Operator to achieve store goals.

You’ll oversee hiring, training, and development of staff, ensure food safety, and maintain a safe, clean, fast-paced environment while upholding McDonald’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Proven ability to hire, coach and develop staff.
• Strong guest service focus and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations across food production and guest experience.
• Plan and manage People processes including Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding, Staffing, and Performance Management.
• Train, coach and motivate staff to meet standards of excellence.
• Oversee inventory, budgeting, and food costs to drive profitability.
• Ensure food safety and maintain high-level guest and employee safety.
