Job summary

DACUT Cannabis is seeking a high-impact retail operator to lead one of Michigan's busiest cannabis stores. This role requires operating with discipline, coaching leaders, and delivering a world-class customer experience at scale.

You will own the store's performance across people, inventory, labor, and financial results, working with the leadership team to install repeatable execution, protect inventory, and drive strong results in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive retail leadership experience in high-volume operations.
• Experience leading large teams in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Proven ability to coach and develop managers and supervisors.
• Strong inventory management and operational control experience.
• Experience managing labor productivity, scheduling, payroll, and KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; 21+ with credentials.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a large retail team through Assistant General Managers, Floor Supervisors, and department leaders.
• Set clear expectations and KPIs; build accountability culture.
• Own flawless day-to-day execution across the store.
• Identify constraints and implement efficiency improvements.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements are met.
• Build schedules that align staffing with customer traffic and manage labor deployment.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and reduce wait times.
