Cloud Cannabis / Stash Ventures in Michigan is seeking a General Manager to lead a dispensary, focusing on compliance, customer service, staff development, and safe operations in a regulated market. You will set sales, service and profit goals, coordinate scheduling, partner with Inventory and Procurement, and coach staff to uphold service excellence.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Business or related experience and five years in retail management, with strong communication and numeracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Five years of experience in a retail management environment.
• Excellent customer communication and service skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Passionate about serving the Michigan cannabis community.
• Strong accounting, math and computer skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to accommodate scheduling including weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the dispensary's compliance with security, inventory and local/state regulations.
• Manage and inspire internal staff to deliver the highest level of customer service.
• Ensure the safety and satisfaction of every customer and employee.
• Provide education and development for staff pertaining to cannabis products.
• Set sales, service and profit goals and lead staff to exceed them.
• Coordinate with Inventory Specialist and Procurement Manager to procure quality products.
• Fulfill staffing needs and coordinate scheduling.
• Coach staff to ensure excellent service and labor practices.
• Read, analyze and interpret business documents and regulations.
• Write reports, business correspondence, and procedures manuals.
• Develop operations plans and implement policies and procedures.
• Document financial, inventory and customer trends; maintain reports.
• Manage and maintain dispensary sales and inventory software.
