The GM will recruit and coach a high-performing team, maintain brand standards, manage operations and costs, andown results in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on role requires leadership, a passion for hospitality and the ability to communicate effectively with above-store leaders to ensure consistent execution.

Qualifications

• Restaurant-management experience required.
• General Manager or comparable restaurant-leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling, inventory, labor and costs.
