Flynn Panera is seeking an experienced General Manager in Lawrence, KS to lead daily café operations, oversee up to 60 staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and profitability. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and adherence to brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Degree or equivalent in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management is preferred.
• Serve Safe Food Certification a plus.
• Must have the “Run it Like you Own It Mentality”.

Responsibilities

• Direct restaurant operations to ensure top quality service and profitability.
• Supervise up to 60 staff members and manage shift activities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food quality as per policy.
• Lead recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Monitor costs and ensure adherence to budget and company guidelines.
