Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple areas, drive efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet goals, in a fast-paced travel-stop environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety, and strong collaboration with management on talent acquisition and reporting. Experience in retail/travel stop settings and proficiency with MS Office are valued.

Qualifications

• Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive operational efficiency.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations in retail/travel stop environments.
• Strong scheduling and shift-management capabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility for multiple operations (store, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, truck care).
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with safety checks.
• Drive product and service sales via ordering, stocking, inventory, and merchandising.
• Assist GM with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to drive opportunities and changes.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
