P. Terry's Burger Stand is seeking talented Managers/Shift Leaders to deliver a best-in-class guest experience at our Slaughter Lane location. We value crew-first leadership, high energy service, and a passion for healthful, high-quality food in a fast-paced setting.

We offer day and night shifts, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement with a focus on development and growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Ability to promote teamwork and develop and support others.
• Ability to lift 35-50lbs.
• Day and/or Night shift depending on needs.

Responsibilities

• Shift length can be 6-8 hours long.
• Setting up the stand which includes Stocking the stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling and food safety walk.
• Count Inventory.
• Do deposits and count the drawers.
• Have all positions cleaned and closed down.
• Make sure the stand is locked and safe.
• Being responsible and in charge of the stand while the GM is not present.
• Supporting the team and jumping in where needed.
• Creating a positive and proactive atmosphere, while having each other’s back.
• Focus on great customer service, treating our guests like family.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant

P. Terry's Slaughter Lane Location PT and FT/Day and Night Shifts Pay Range - $18 /hour to $ 22 /hour - depending on experience and certification level
