Domino’s Team Murph is seeking candidates for a General Managers in Training program in San Antonio. The role offers a progressive training track to advance to a restaurant General Manager while you work in a fast-paced team environment.

The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated, excelling in leadership, training others, and delivering top-notch customer service as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and make judgments and decisions.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Bring positive recognition to the Domino’s Pizza brand through professionalism and effective communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor and adjust accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Ensure proper training of Team Members.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory, and other assets per company guidelines.
