Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• 18+ years old; pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand/move up to 100% of the work time.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Maintain brand professionalism and communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Training of Team Members.
• Establish and maintain high level of customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory, and other assets.
