Job summary

Domino's Team Murph in San Antonio is seeking a General Manager in Training to join a fast-growing quick service restaurant. The program offers progressive training while you work towards becoming a restaurant General Manager.

The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated with strong leadership, communication and operational skills to drive 5-star service, manage food cost and labor, and ensure food safety.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork; clean equipment and facility daily.
