Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, a major entertainment company, seeks a General Manager in Training to rotate through every center operation—bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events—and learn to run a multimillion-dollar venue. You’ll work closely with leaders, own shifts, and drive guest engagement and revenue growth.

You will participate in hiring, training, and coaching hourly teams while gaining foundational financial knowledge to prepare for full P&L ownership.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, or high-volume operations.
• A track record of supporting sales and contributing to revenue growth.
• Experience training and coaching teams in fast-paced environments.
• Foundational financial knowledge including labor management, cost control, and basic P&L.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events operations to build full-center fluency.
• Work with General Manager and department leaders to learn how standards, labor decisions, and revenue targets connect.
• Take ownership of shifts, flex labor across departments, and make in-the-moment calls during high-volume periods.
• Drive sales by engaging with guests, supporting events, and executing marketing and promotional programs.
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and performance conversations for hourly team members.
• Build financial literacy across labor management, COGS, inventory, and cost control for future P&L ownership.

Overview

The Role

As a General Manager in Training, you will rotate through every area of center operations, make real decisions alongside experienced leaders, and build the skills to run a multimillion-dollar entertainment venue. This is not a passive program. You will be on the floor, learning by doing, and preparing to lead.
