Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a General Manager in Minnesota to own the guest experience, the team, the financials, and culture at the center. You will lead operations across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events from the floor, guiding a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive sales, develop leaders, manage the full P&L, and ensure facilities remain guest-ready.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a high-volume, guest-focused venue.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and hitting financial targets.
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost control.
• Experience building and developing leadership teams.
• Visible leadership presence on the floor, especially during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop high-performing teams across departments, fostering accountability and hospitality.

• Ensure the facility, attractions, kitchen, bar, and event spaces are clean and guest-ready.

The Role

• Lead all center operations across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events, flexing into any role the business needs throughout the day
• Drive daily sales through direct guest engagement, event execution, and marketing initiatives
• Build and develop high-performing teams across every department, creating a culture of accountability, empowerment, and genuine hospitality
• Set performance expectations and hold teams to consistent results across sales, operations, and guest satisfaction
• Own full P&L performance including labor, COGS, inventory, and cost controls
• Keep the facility, attractions, kitchen, bar, and event spaces clean, operational, and guest-ready at all times
