Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a General Manager to own the guest experience, the team, the financials, and the culture of the center, leading from the floor and building a place people genuinely want to come back to.

Lead center operations across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events, while driving daily sales through guest engagement and marketing initiatives. Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a high-volume, guest-focused venue (entertainment, hospitality, or full-service restaurant).
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and hitting financial targets.
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost control.
• Experience building and developing leadership teams from the ground up.
• Visible floor-first leadership presence, especially during peak periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Keep the facility, attractions, kitchen, bar, and event spaces clean, operational, and guest-ready at all times.
