Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a General Manager to own the guest experience, the team, the financials, and the culture of the center, leading from the floor and building a place people genuinely want to come back to.

You will lead operations across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events, and flex into any role the business needs. The role requires a track record of strong leadership in guest-focused venues and the ability to drive performance during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a high-volume, guest-focused venue.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and hitting financial targets.
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost control.
• Experience building and developing leadership teams from the ground up.
• Visible, floor-first leadership presence, especially during peak periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales through direct guest engagement, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and develop high-performing teams across every department with accountability and hospitality.

• Keep facilities, attractions, kitchen, bar, and event spaces clean and guest-ready at all times.
