Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a General Manager in Training to rotate through every center operations area, learning from experienced leaders and preparing to run a multimillion-dollar venue.

You will gain hands-on experience on the floor, overseeing bowling, arcade, F&B, and events, while developing financial literacy and decision-making skills for future P&L ownership.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, or high-volume operations.
• Track record of supporting sales and contributing to revenue growth.
• Experience training and coaching teams in fast-paced environments.
• Active, floor-first leadership style focused on guest experience.
• Foundation financial knowledge including labor management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events operations to build full-center fluency.
• Learn from General Manager and department leaders how standards, labor decisions, and revenue targets connect.
• Take ownership of shifts, flex labor, and make real-time decisions during high-volume periods.
• Drive sales by engaging guests and supporting events and promotions.
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and performance conversations for hourly staff.
• Build financial literacy across labor, COGS, inventory, and cost control for future P&L ownership.

Overview

The RoleAs a General Manager in Training, you will rotate through every area of center operations, make real decisions alongside experienced leaders, and build the skills to run a multimillion-dollar entertainment venue. This is not a passive program. You will be on the floor, learning by doing, and preparing to lead.

• Rotate through bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events operations to build full-center fluency
• Work directly with the General Manager and department leaders to learn how operational standards, labor decisions, and revenue targets connect
• Take ownership of shifts, flex labor across departments, and make in-the-moment calls during high-volume periods
• Drive sales by engaging with guests, supporting events, and executing marketing and promotional programs
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and performance conversations for hourly team members
• Build financial literacy across labor management, COGS, inventory, and cost control in preparation for full P&L ownership

The range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 per year + bonus.
