Qualifications

• BS or BA Degree in Business Administration or Operations preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, Security, Pest Control, or similar customer service focused industries (preferred).
• Ability to utilize basic computer applications (databases, spreadsheets, word processing, and internet).

Responsibilities

• Analyze operating statements for the center and departments and take appropriate action.
• Prepare/review the GM report and take corrective actions.
• Analyze determinants of profitability and adjust as needed.
• Ensure payroll processes are accurate and on time.
• Plan, set, and achieve sales goals; coach salespeople; generate/respond to sales leads.
• Ensure effective customer communications and profile customer base.
• Support HR standards, conduct performance appraisals, and provide counseling.
• Develop employees and seek promotional opportunities company-wide.
