Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years P&L restaurant management experience, with 5–7 years total restaurant experience.
• Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for part of the time-based experience.
• Demonstrates team management, delegation and issue resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close restaurant operations to prepare for opening and ensure proper procedures.
• Deploy staff and resources to maximize profitability while upholding P&L accountability.
