Exciting opportunity for a General Manager of residential HVAC services!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager (HVAC/Nexstar) to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Residential HVAC service operations, including financial management, customer service, and team development. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to implement strategies that enhance performance, productivity, and profitability. This position requires a strong understanding of the HVAC industry, a background in service management, and proficiency in ServiceTitan software.

Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 per year

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service management.

3. Proficiency in ServiceTitan software is a must.
4. Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
6. Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to analyze performance metrics and implement effective solutions.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
9. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
