Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an English-fluent General Manager (Hospitality) based in Jefferson, Texas. The role oversees day-to-day hotel operations, drives revenue, and manages P&L, with remote work allocated through our client.

You will lead multi-department teams and ensure service excellence in a luxury/full-service setting. The position requires 5+ years in hotel management, budgeting expertise, and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel management with progressive responsibilities.
• Proven P&L ownership and budgeting experience.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management and sales.
• Experience leading multi-department teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest services.
• Own the property P&L: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and achieving revenue and profit targets.
• Drive revenue with sales and revenue management (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, group and event business).
• Maintain high guest satisfaction by monitoring reviews and resolving escalations.
• Hire, train, and lead department heads and staff; build a strong service culture.
