The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and hands-on involvement in scheduling, vendor relations, and day-to-day operations, all while upholding brand standards and delivering hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and financial plans
• Maintain statistical and financial records
• Set and achieve sales and profit targets
• Recruit, train, and monitor staff
• Plan work schedules for individuals and teams
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns
• Address problems and troubleshoot
• Ensure events and conferences run smoothly
• Hotel asset preservation: supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings
• Maintain relationships with contractors, vendors and suppliers
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and associates
• Inspect property according to organization and brand standards
• Ensure property meets brand guidelines and service standards
• Ensure licensing, health and safety compliance, and other regulations
