Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an English-fluent General Manager (Hospitality) based in Jefferson, Texas. The role oversees day-to-day hotel operations, drives revenue, and manages P&L, with remote work allocated through our client.

You will lead multi-department teams and ensure service excellence in a luxury/full-service setting. The position requires 5+ years in hotel management, budgeting expertise, and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Run day-to-day operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest services
• Own the property P&L: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and hitting revenue and profit targets
• Drive revenue with sales and revenue management (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, group and event business)
• Keep guest satisfaction and service quality high; monitor reviews and resolve escalations
• Hire, train, and lead department heads and staff; set performance goals and build a strong service culture
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and brand or ownership standards
• Oversee property upkeep, vendor contracts, and capital improvement projects
• Report regularly to ownership/executive leadership on performance and priorities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hotel management experience, with at least 2–3 years as GM or Assistant GM
• Proven P&L ownership and budgeting experience
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and sales
• Experience leading multi-department teams
• Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Opera or similar)
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
• Upscale/luxury or full-service hotel experience a plus
• Reside in Jefferson Texas or vicinities

Compensation:

The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,500 - $5,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
