McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume restaurant operated by a franchisee. You will lead a team, ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards, and drive profitability through coaching and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience at a high-volume location.
• Background in quick service, hospitality, or retail is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in this setting.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers and provide coaching to improve departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong leadership team.
• Set goals with leadership and create actionable plans to achieve them.
