You will coach and motivate a diverse team, manage inventory, scheduling, and cash handling, implement sales initiatives, monitor financial performance, ensure food safety compliance, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have proven GM experience in the Food/Hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Ability to analyze financial data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
