The ideal candidate has GM experience in quick-service settings, strong leadership, and a proven ability to develop teams. 18+ and a passion for hospitality are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager in high-volume quick-service restaurants.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant to meet Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Oversee Department and Shift Managers and coach teams to improve performance.
• Hire and develop restaurant leadership to drive future success.
• Manage hiring, supervision, staffing and scheduling.
