Qualifications

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads Department Managers to set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve departments.
• May hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
• Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume locations; previous quick-service or hospitality/retail background is valued.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
