Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Stamford, CT. This hands-on leader will drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development in a growing restaurant group.

The ideal candidate has five+ years of restaurant leadership, strong P&L skills, ServSafe certification, and a track record of managing high-volume, full-service operations. Scheduling requires days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• At least five years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen and command of P&L statements.
• Proven ability to manage labor, food costs, inventory, and profitability.
• High-volume, full-service restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, including food quality, service, staffing, and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and hourly employees.
• Manage P&L performance, budgets, labor, inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation.
• Resolve guest concerns and build strong customer relationships.
• Create a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
