Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume operation with a focus on hospitality, training, and team development. You will manage inventory, safety protocols, payroll, and scheduling while driving profitability and brand standards within the local community.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and a deep commitment to guest experience, with flexible hours and opportunities for growth at our Shake Shack location in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning, sanitation, and safety codes.
• Ability to learn and train others on all Shack operations.
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Knowledgeable in financial aspects of business operations, including P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
