Job summary

Dog Haus Biergarten in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the daily operation of a high-volume restaurant.

You will recruit and develop a strong team, own labor and COGs performance, oversee inventory, P&L, forecasting, scheduling, and ensure health and safety compliance while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This role is hands-on during peak periods with a District Manager oversight, and offers growth within an expanding franchise.

Qualifications

• Proven restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership and team development track record.
• Comfort with P&L, labor management, and operational metrics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Full availability required — evenings and weekends are part of owning the role.

• Run the full operation of the location with direct support from District Manager.
• Recruit, develop, and lead your team; manage labor and COGs.
