Job summary

OHSO BREWERY AND DISTILLERY in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who can lead a busy front-of-house team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will set the tone, coach staff, and partner with the General Manager to meet revenue and service goals.

You should bring 2+ years of front-of-house management, strong hospitality focus, and solid knowledge of beer and service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front-of-house restaurant management experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable.
• Strong guest-relations and hospitality focus.
• Current Food Handler’s Card.
• Knowledge of beer, including craft beer, is preferred.
• POS experience required; Aloha experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stay calm and lead in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house employees and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Set clear expectations and ensure employees understand roles and responsibilities.
• Coach, train, and develop employees through regular feedback and hands-on support.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure shifts run smoothly.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with purchasing and product controls.
• Schedule employees and manage staffing based on business needs.
• Monitor labor, sales, service, and other operational results.
