Job summary

Curry Up Now is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations across locations within the defined region. You will drive sales, manage payroll and budgets, and oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure top performance and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include financial oversight, staffing, adherence to brand standards, and collaboration with corporate leadership on marketing and events. Travel to partner locations will be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Three to five years management experience in the restaurant business.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations, restaurant/food safety procedures.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale systems and general computer/office software.
• Willingness to work long hours (minimum 55 hours/week) when required.
• Food Safety Manager certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements sales and budget plans with corporate input.
• Oversees labor scheduling and cost controls to meet budgets.
• Ensures operations meet brand standards and quality guidelines.
• Partners with HR to staff, train, and develop leaders.
• Represents the brand in community and partner engagements.
