Job summary

Curry Up Now is seeking a Restaurant Service Manager/Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations under the General Manager. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage staff, oversee service standards, and support sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality standards, conducting trainings, supervising scheduling, and collaborating with the GM and Corporate Team on financial performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Two to four years leadership or supervisory experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
• Strong financial management and people development skills
• Operational computer and POS skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and navigating the Internet
• Food Safety Manager certification required for further promotion

Responsibilities

• Helps the GM and Corporate Team to develop and implement sales-building strategies for the restaurant to ensure optimal sales and earnings
• Helps to control expenses within established budget guidelines
• Monitors labor efficiency and schedules, ensuring breaks comply with law
• Performs staff meetings and provides summaries to GM and Corporate Leaders
• Ensures professional restaurant image and adherence to standards
