Job summary

Curry Up Now seeks a General Manager with a strong track record in high‑volume restaurant leadership to own a San Mateo or Palo Alto location. You will drive top‑line growth, control costs, and foster a culture of hospitality and results.

You’ll report to the Director of Ops and oversee scheduling, training, and local community engagement while upholding brand standards across service and operations.

Qualifications

  • Three to five years management in restaurant operations.
  • Strong financial acumen including P&L responsibility.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own restaurant performance including sales, labor, COGS and budget.
  • Lead scheduling, service execution, guest experience, and standards.
  • Mentor leaders and drive local community engagement and growth.
  • Coordinate with HQ on forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
