Job summary

Curry Up Now in Flower Mound, TX is looking for a Kitchen Manager to oversee all back-of-house operations in our vibrant Indian fast casual restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-volume kitchens and a passion for delivering quality food.

This role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and a ServSafe certification. You will lead a team, manage costs, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of kitchen management or sous chef experience in an Indian or Ethnic restaurant.
• Strong background in fast casual or high‑volume restaurant operations and catering.
• Ethnic food experience required.

Responsibilities

• Run all back‑of‑house operations from prep to service to cleanup.
• Lead, coach, and manage a BOH team.
• Maintain control of food & labor costs.
