Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Retail Manager in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
• Sound business acumen with a strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, POS software, and other retail-related tools.
• Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and maximize profitability.
• Foster a customer-centric environment by training and motivating the store team to deliver exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing store team, including sales associates and cashiers.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to enhance employee performance and growth.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and ensuring stock levels meet customer demand.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and displays.
• Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and address trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Control operational costs, including labor and supplies, to meet budgetary goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to visual standards.
