Responsibilities

• Develop customer service excellence and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising store staff to support leadership
• Analyze sales reports and assist in strategies to meet targets and improve profitability.
• Participate in merchandising, promotions, and ensuring policy compliance and safety.
