Job summary

Border Foods LLC in Minnesota is seeking a General Manager to lead the operation of the restaurant, build a strong team, and deliver great food and a friendly guest experience. This exempt role requires 50+ hours weekly with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and holidays; top pay with substantial bonus

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in restaurant or retail, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays; schedule may vary.
• Exempt management position; minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Reinforce Border Foods core values: accountability, integrity, family, excellence.
• Ensure safe, friendly, efficient service to guests.
• Drive profits by managing P&L and labor costs.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of team members.
