The role requires 4+ years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. A bilingual candidate is a plus, with a focus on safety, quality, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with 4+ years of management experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Proficient in basic computer tools and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations and drive guest service excellence.
• Manage Advisors, Operators, Attendants, and Supervisors.
• Develop and coach team members; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance at the site.
• Drive sales, manage budgets, and oversee revenue opportunities.
• Recruit and train staff to uphold company values and guest experience.
