W3Global in Florida is seeking a General Manager to run day-to-day operations of a high-end residential HVAC company. The role will align sales, service, construction, and back office to move projects forward.

You will own the full operation, lead multiple departments, coach managers, and maintain a residential-only focus with a track record of hitting targets and driving accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the HVAC industry.
• Background in high-end residential HVAC is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading sales, service, or multi-department operations.
• Comfort owning the full operation, not just one department.
• Track record of hitting targets and running a clean, accountable shop.

We are a high-end residential HVAC company over $22 million in annual revenue. We focus exclusively on residential work. No commercial sales. We are looking for a General Manager to run day-to-day operations and keep sales, service, construction, and the back office moving together.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations across the business
• Manage replacement sales with a team behind high-end residential replacements
• Oversee service operations and customer outcomes
• Manage construction work tied to residential installs and projects
• Direct inside sales so leads are worked and followed through
• Oversee accounting processes and financial discipline for daily operations
• Oversee with your team warehouse operations, including inventory, materials, and job readiness.
• Coach managers and teams, set priorities, and hold people accountable to results
• Protect the residential-only focus. This role does not include commercial sales
