Job summary

Novo Health Services, LLC is seeking a dynamic General Manager for our Nashville, TN facility. Lead strategy, finances, and operations to align with regulatory requirements and company goals, ensuring safety and efficiency in a high-impact role.

You will oversee production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and inventory, while driving revenue, cost control, and team performance in a fast-paced healthcare linen environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration (operations management), or mechanical engineering.
• 3–5 years running a industrial laundry with tunnel washers.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Medical Laundry or Hospital Experience with Joint Commission and Infection Control.
• Certified Linen and Laundry Manager and/or Healthcare Laundry Accredited Certified experience preferred.
• Business acumen to interact with C-suite weekly.
• Appropriate P&L experience.
• Five years in a General Manager or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and operations leadership.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, DOT FMCSA.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement plans to achieve objectives and drive revenue while controlling costs.
• Oversee all facility operations including production, quality control, safety, maintenance, and logistics.
• Manage budget, monitor KPIs, and drive data-driven financial improvements.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team with strong HR practices.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, DOT FMCSA and relevant regulations.
• Maintain familiarity with laundry processes, equipment, and industry standards.
• Resolve operational challenges through root-cause analysis and effective communication.
• Drive customer satisfaction by delivering reliable service and strong relationships.
