Job summary

NOVO Health Services in Nashville, TN is seeking a General Manager to lead our linen management facility. You will drive strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, and regulatory compliance to deliver safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in engineering or business with operations focus.
Experience managing large industrial laundry or similar facility.
Proven ability to lead strategic planning and financial management.
Strong knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans for the facility.
Oversee production, quality control, safety, maintenance, logistics and supply chain.
Manage budgeting, KPIs, and profitability with data-driven decisions.
Lead talent acquisition, training, and performance management.
Ensure regulatory compliance and audits across operations.
