Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an operations-related field.
• 5+ years of general manager or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience with HIPAA, OSHA, and DOT FMCSA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: develop and implement plans aligning with company goals.
• Oversee facility operations, production, quality, safety, and logistics.
• Manage budgeting, spending, and profitability with KPIs.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
