NOVO Health Services seeks a General Manager to oversee a facility’s overall performance. You will report to the VP of Operations and drive excellence across production, safety, quality, maintenance, logistics, and finances, while delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize operations, and ensure compliance with HLAC standards and regulatory requirements, while supporting NOVO’s growth and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a General Manager or senior operations leadership role within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, DOT/FMCSA) and industrial laundry/manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of facility operations: production, quality, safety, maintenance, logistics, and supply chain.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth and cost optimization.
• Manage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive data-informed decisions and improve operational outcomes.
• Optimize production processes, capacity planning, and inventory management to maximize efficiency and throughput.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee talent acquisition, training, and performance management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and DOT/FMCSA regulations; lead audit readiness and accreditation efforts.
