Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or a leadership role in a related industry
• This is an extremely hands-on position, so you must be able to physically work all shifts up front taking care of guests and staff
• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy
• Must lead by example and uphold high standards of operation in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a leader that helps their team grow through constant coaching and feedback
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be able to work full-time and have open availability, including late nights, weekends and some holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Solid employment track record with positive references
