Cherry Technologies, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to own and grow our product portfolio across core verticals and to spearhead new vertical launches.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, Risk and Finance to deliver a cohesive customer experience for practices and patients. You will lead end-to-end strategy, acquisition, retention and delight initiatives, aiming for market leadership in patient financing across verticals.

Qualifications

• Ability to wear multiple hats across sales, product, operations and strategy.
• Experience finding 0-1 product-market fit in startups or early-stage teams.
• Strong empathy for users and practitioner customers.
• Basic spreadsheet modeling for scaling and profitability.

Responsabilités

• Direct Cherry’s products within core verticals and drive launches into new ones.
• Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, Risk and Finance.
• Own metrics such as LTV, TTV, market share and NPS.
• Develop plans to achieve majority market share in target verticals.
• Create and prioritize a cohesive product and operations roadmap.
• Develop collateral with Sales and Product to highlight Cherry's strengths.
• Ensure messaging is coherent across campaigns and communications.
