Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Tucson, AZ to lead a growing door-automation and service business. You will drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and excellent customer service across multiple buildings and client segments.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff development, process improvements, and daily coaching to achieve sustained profitability. A strong background in leadership and building materials is preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading personnel, projects, sales and customer service with P&L accountability.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for every candidate.
• Experience with commercial doors, hardware or related building products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget and managing expenditures with full P&L responsibility.
• Lead operations and sales process improvements to boost customer satisfaction and profit margins.
• Oversee scheduling, staff development, and coaching to improve performance.
• Conduct regular audits and use divisional reports to steer daily operations.
• Hire, train, and evaluate employees, setting clear performance expectations.
