Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Department Manager to lead our commercial install team. You will schedule, dispatch, and manage projects, plan labor, and control costs to meet customer commitments.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of personnel management experience, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. We offer comprehensive benefits and a path for development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of personnel management experience.
• Ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial door install department.
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily commitments and ensure proper execution.
• Review workload and manpower to meet commitments cost-effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed timely, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and develop action plans with front-line managers.
• Improve performance of the field team through regular reviews.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of new employees.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
