The role requires hands-on leadership, budget planning, staff coaching, and data-driven decision making to meet annual budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years managing personnel, projects, sales, and customer service in a leadership role.
• Experience in the commercial manual/automatic door and hardware industry preferred or related construction/building materials businesses.
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs and ERP/CRM systems; good Excel understanding.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives with annual budget and full P&L responsibility.
• Recommend and implement operational/sales process improvements to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling and provide technical/mechanical troubleshooting support.
