Qualifications

• Minimum seven years’ experience in leadership with P&L, budgets, and projects.
• Strong operational experience in doors, hardware, or related building products preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives with annual budgeting and full P&L responsibility.
• Recommend process changes to increase customer satisfaction and profits.
• Lead staff development, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Oversee scheduling, troubleshooting, and daily task audits.
• Maintain safety culture and review division financial reports for operations.
