Bosselman Pump & Pantry in Gordon, NE is seeking a 1st Assistant Manager to oversee the total operation of the location, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring customer service excellence.

You will work with the District Manager and Corporate HR on personnel decisions, train team members, and manage back-office duties such as inventory and cash handling while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as an Assistant Manager preferred.
• Associated Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess a valid Food Handler’s permit or ServSafe Certification where required by law or company policy.

Responsabilités

• Oversee total operation of the Pump & Pantry location and supervise 4 to 16 employees.
• Assist with hiring, discipline, and terminating personnel in partnership with the District Manager and Corporate HR.
• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly routines are completed timely and accurately, including back-office functions and inventory control.
• Maintain customer service standards and supervise cash control and bank deposits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper storage/temperatures.
